Dr. Erickson cares for patients with pain and problems of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder from the North Carolina Triangle area in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas. He emphasizes conservative, non-operative care in most cases and only recommends surgery when necessary or when non-operative treatment has not provided relief.
If surgery is needed, Dr. Erickson performs less-invasive surgery when possible. In order to optimize recovery, Dr. Erickson works closely with hand therapists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists for patient rehabilitation. Dr. Erickson also performs many procedures with the Awake Hand Surgery approach. Read about cost effective care at Raleigh Hand Center here.
